Don't you mean without prejudice? How can Brewer say that they admitted fault when that clearly is not the case. That guy makes me sick.

I'm guessing you're not a lawyer. "With prejudice" was used correctly. To say a settlement is an inference of impropriety isn't anything new, in politics or elsewhere. If that makes you sick you must live with an IV drip of Pepto Bismol.

No, the dismissal clearly says "with prejudice and without costs."

He's being a politician, saying what is convenient rather than what is true. Both sides are doing that. Anuzis is being just as dishonest when he says the DNC caved in because they were afraid of having to pay costs in the case.

That guy makes me sick.

Of course he does, he's on the other team from you. But if it's engaging in political spin that makes you sick, you should be saying the same about Anuzis. But I'm not holding my breath for that.

No Brewer makes me sick. Not because he's a Democrat, because he has the feel of a old time corrupt union boss. Those losers are the ones that keep that Klan lawyer in charge of the State Democratic Party.

Good job on writing an article that doesn't degrade and belittle Christians though.
